These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kx8 ("Platform", "we", or "company"). This document governs your access to and use of the kx8 website, mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any feature of the kx8 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms stated herein.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account only on the kx8 platform. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of all associated funds.

3.1 Registration Information

• Accurate date of birth.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before making your first withdrawal, or when requested by kx8, you are required to submit the following identity verification documents:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the past 3 months).
• Bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions.

The KYC process is a one-time requirement designed to protect your account from unauthorised access and ensure the security of your fund withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account login details. kx8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. • Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the total account balance.
• Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards rollover requirements.
• Attempts to meet rollover requirements through hedge betting or strategies deliberately designed to minimise risk are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Invalid Bets

To ensure the kx8 platform remains a safe and fair environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Owning or controlling more than one kx8 account.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or transactions.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or collusion with other players.
• Using the kx8 platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through irregular wagering patterns or promotional fraud.
• Making deposits using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Sharing account login details with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the kx8 platform to other members.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the kx8 system without reporting them to the support team.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, fund freezing, and legal action where applicable.

Kx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or legal compliance requirements.

8.1 Self-Closure

Members who wish to close their own account may contact the kx8 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 1–3 business days. Valid account balances will be returned once the verification process is complete.

8.2 Closure by kx8

In the event of account closure by kx8 due to a Terms violation, funds in the account may be frozen pending completion of an investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Kx8 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or representations regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. Nevertheless, we continuously strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely.

• Kx8 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions by third-party internet providers, gaming software providers, or financial infrastructure.
• Kx8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Kx8's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
